- stick margarine - 1 item
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar
- bacon bits optional - 1 item
- bag Ore-Ida frozen Southern Style hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
How to make potato casserole:
Put potatoes in 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt 1 stick margarine with onions. Pour over potatoes. In bowl, mix together soups, sour cream, cheese and bacon bits. Pour over potatoes. Melt 1/2 stick margarine. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
