Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- onions, chopped fine - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix everything together in a large bowl. Put mixture in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Cover with 2 cups of crushed corn flakes. Melt another 1/4 cup of oleo and pour over the mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
