  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • large or 6 small zucchini, sliced - 3 item
  • minced onion and Parmesan cheese - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Cook zucchini, onion and Parmesan in margarine until cooked down. Add 1 can tomato sauce. Layer Mozzarella cheese on top until it melts.
