Potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter or oleo - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 1/2
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 pkg
- some pepper - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine first 8 ingredients in large casserole. Toss all together. Mix corn flakes with oleo and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Can be made ahead of time or can be frozen. Let potatoes thaw a little; will be easier to mix.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
