Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- crushed corn flakes
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. margarine, melted Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and put on topping. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Note: Substitute nonfat sour cream and low-fat margarine to cut fatRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
