Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • crushed corn flakes
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. margarine, melted Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and put on topping. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Note: Substitute nonfat sour cream and low-fat margarine to cut fat
