  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • garlic - 1 tsp
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • melted Parkay - 1/2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Mix ingredients together and spread evenly into pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
