- frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 pkg
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 (8
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Place potatoes in casserole dish and dot with butter. Mix together sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Spread over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
