  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all. Put in casserole dish. Top with crackers and put 1/2 cup melted margarine over top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
