Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans water - 2 item
- regular rice - 1 lb
- can consomme - 1 item
- can bouillon - 1 item
How to make rice:
Combine rice, margarine and onion in skillet. Brown, stirring constantly. Pour into long baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients over rice. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Stir every 20 minutes. May need to add more water.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
