  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans water - 2 item
  • regular rice - 1 lb
  • can consomme - 1 item
  • can bouillon - 1 item

How to make rice:

Combine rice, margarine and onion in skillet. Brown, stirring constantly. Pour into long baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients over rice. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Stir every 20 minutes. May need to add more water.
