Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- medium Irish potatoes - 3 item
How to make potato casserole:
Boil potatoes and slice. Put layers of potatoes, sliced onion, salt, pepper, half of the soup and half of the cheese in baking dish. Repeat. Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. This is excellent with any charcoaled meat. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
