Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- or 1 small onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make potato casserole:
Thaw potatoes before mixing, they mix better. Mix with all but 1/4 cup margarine and cornflakes. Put in 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole. Top with 1/4 cup margarine and crushed cornflakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
