Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes, cooked and grated - 6 item
- to 8 green onions, chopped - 6 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except butter; spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Pour butter over top and bake at 400° about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
