Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- large potatoes - 8 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onion tops - 1/4 c
How to make potato casserole:
Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain, peel and cube potatoes. Combine potatoes and all ingredients except cheese. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
