  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can onion rings - 1 item
  • cream cheese room temperature - 8 oz
  • to 10 potatoes, peeled, boiled, mashed - 8 item

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients except onion rings and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Put onion rings on top.
