Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • chopped medium onion - 1 item
  • frozen Ore-Ida hashed brown potatoes 2 lb - 1 pkg
  • crushed cornflakes or crumbs - 1 c

How to make potato casserole:

Let potatoes thaw; mix all other ingredients together. Then add potatoes. Put in casserole and top with crumbs and melted butter or margarine. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Makes 12 servings.
