Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- cans chicken and rice soup - 2 item
- or 7 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make potato casserole:
Peel and slice potatoes. In a 2-quart baking dish, place a layer of potatoes and slices of onion. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper on each layer, keep layering until your baking dish is about 1-inch from the top. Pour soup on top and then the water.Can be cooked in microwave or oven. Microwave about 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Or, in oven about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on oven temperature.
