Ingredients/Components

  • large can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 1 item
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • soft margarine - 3/4 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • pecans - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix first 6 ingredients and put in buttered 7 x 11-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and put on top of first mixture. Bake in 350° oven approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
