Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients. Spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
