Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 lb
- chopped onion optional - 1/2 c
- stick margarine room temperature - 1/2 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix. Pour into large baking dish. Top with mixture of crushed corn flakes or potato chips and melted butter. Cover. Bake at 400° for 1 hour. Leave, covered, until last 10 to 15 minutes.
