Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lb
- carton sour cream
- carton onion dip
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 6 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first 7 ingredients, stirring well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix butter and corn flakes. Press onto top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
