Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- nuts
- allspice - 1 tsp
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- ground chocolate cocoa - 1 c
How to make potato cake:
Cream together sugar and butter. Beat eggs separately. (Fold in whites after all other things are added.) Mix all together. Pour into 2 greased and floured Bundt or angel food cake pans or 4 loaf pans. Bake at 350°. Cool. Wrap in foil for several weeks.
