Ingredients/Components
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
How to make potato biscuits:
Stir butter into potatoes. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk; add honey. Mix baking powder, sugar and flour. Add milk and potatoes. Press into a circle 3/4-inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter.
