Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- medium onion - 1 item
- dried crushed oregano - 1/2 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- pork chops - 6 item
How to make pork chops in adobo sauce:
Place following ingredients in blender: tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, garlic, flour, chili powder, oil, salt, oregano and cumin. Blend well.Layer chops and sauce in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in skillet and simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.
