- pepper - 1 item
- chopped pimentos - 2 Tbsp
- scalloped potatoes - 1 pkg
- pork chops 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick - 4 item
How to make pork chop scallop:
Grease a 10-inch skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove chops from skillet. Empty potatoes and seasonings sauce mix into skillet. Stir pimento and ingredients called for in the package. Heat all to boiling. Reduce heat. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.
