- pork chops - 6 item
- oil - 1 item
- condensed cream of celery soup - 1 can
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- 24 oz - 1 pkg
- 4 oz - 1 c
- 8 oz - 1 can
How to make pork chop potato bake:
Brown the chops in a lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside. Combine the soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange the chops over the potatoes. Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, One Dish meal.
