Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste - 1 item
- 12 corn tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make mexican dish:
Brown meat with onion and salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Spray Pam on bottom of baking dish.Layer: 6 tortillas (cut) to cover bottom of baking dish; meat; 1/2 cheese (sliced) to cover bottom of dish; beans; 6 tortillas to cover again; soup; 1/2 cheese (sliced) to cover again and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350°. Best if cooled 30 minutes before serving.
