- water
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- uncooked rice not instant - 1 c
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops. Place uncooked rice in casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in water; pour over rice. Place browned chops on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice and pork chops. Pour mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water, over pork chops. Cover; bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
