  • caraway seed - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • potatoes - 1 lb
  • spareribs - 4 chops
  • sauerkraut - 1 lb

How to make pork and sauerkraut:

Bring sauerkraut and seasonings to a boil. Add pork chops or spareribs. Peel and cut into chunks the potatoes. Add to pot. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour or until pork and potatoes are tender.
