- caraway seed - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 lb
- spareribs - 4 chops
- sauerkraut - 1 lb
How to make pork and sauerkraut:
Bring sauerkraut and seasonings to a boil. Add pork chops or spareribs. Peel and cut into chunks the potatoes. Add to pot. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour or until pork and potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork loins.
