Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked rice - 1/4 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix 1/4 cup of the tomato soup with the rest of the ingredients. Shape into balls (1 1/2-inch). Brown in 2 tablespoons of shortening with 1 small garlic clove (minced) in skillet. Blend in rest of can of soup and 1 cup of water. Cover. Simmer about 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
