Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- cooked rice - 1 c
- French onion dip mix - 1 pkg
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix the hamburger meat, French onion dip mix and 3/4 cup rice. Roll the mixture into meatballs, about an inch thick, then roll meatballs in remaining rice. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs in a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
