Easy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 16 oz
- can ready-to-serve chicken broth - 1 1/2
- Garnish: shredded cheese
- diced, cooked ham or bacon - 1 item
How to make easy potato soup:
Garnish: shredded cheese diced, cooked ham or bacon Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk; heat thoroughly. Garnish, if desired. Yields 2 1/2 quarts.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
