Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/3 c
- tomato soup - 1/4 c
How to make porcupine meatballs:
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Form into balls. Brown slightly. Pour off fat and into skillet add rest of tomato soup and sauce. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves a family of 4.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
