Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • ketchup
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • liquid smoke - 1 tsp
  • slice bread - 1 item
  • onion, finely chopped or grated - 1 item

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce:1 c. ketchup2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce4 Tbsp. vinegar4 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. liquid smoke Mix meatballs ingredients together and roll into balls, walnut size. Broil 5 to 10 minutes until brown. These may be substituted with frozen prepared meatballs. Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Pour over meatballs and bake 20 minutes at 350° or place in slow cooker for several hours.
