Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- ketchup
- ground beef - 1 lb
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- slice bread - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped or grated - 1 item
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. ketchup2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce4 Tbsp. vinegar4 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. liquid smoke Mix meatballs ingredients together and roll into balls, walnut size. Broil 5 to 10 minutes until brown. These may be substituted with frozen prepared meatballs. Bring sauce ingredients to boil.
