  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • ground cinnamon
  • ground nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 1/2
  • walnuts, finely chopped - 1 c
  • zucchini, coarsely shredded approximately 4 medium - 2 c

How to make pineapple zucchini bread:

In one bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix first bowl of ingredients completely. Fold into second bowl until blended. Spoon into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans that have been greased and dusted with
