Pineapple zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 1/2
- walnuts, finely chopped - 1 c
- zucchini, coarsely shredded approximately 4 medium - 2 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
In one bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix first bowl of ingredients completely. Fold into second bowl until blended. Spoon into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans that have been greased and dusted withRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
