Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3/4 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- mashed banana
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 4 Tbsp
- shortening - 4 Tbsp
- corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
How to make banana nut muffins:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add bananas, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; set aside. Sift together the soda, salt and flour; stir in nuts. Turn banana mixture into dry ingredients and stir briefly. Fill well-grRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
