  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Allow cheese to come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans. Shape in round ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill and serve with any kind of snack crackers.
