Vegetable pizza



  • cans crescent rolls - 2 item
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • dry Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
  • broccoli, chopped fine - 1 c
  • purple cabbage, chopped fine - 1 c
  • carrots, chopped fine - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make vegetable pizza:

Note: You may use any vegetable you like.

Press crescent rolls in large cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until brown. Mix mayo, Ranch dressing and cream cheese. Spread on baked rolls. Sprinkle vegetables over rolls. Top with cheese. "Mash" slightly down with hands to hold all vegetables on.
