  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1/2 pkg
  • can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese, chunked - 1 lb

How to make creamy tacos:

Brown beef and onions; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Heat until cheese melts. Serve over chips or burritos. Can also use as a dip.
