Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- Topping:1 stick oleo
How to make pineapple cake:
Topping:1 stick oleo1 c. sugar2/3 c. evaporated milk1 c. nuts1 c. coconut Topping: Cook together 5 minutes oleo, sugar and evaporated milk. Remove from heat and add nuts and coconut. Pour over cake while both are hot.Mix all together and bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes in 9 x 12-inch greased pan.
