Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 to
- cream - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, do not drain - 1 oz
- Add baking soda and flour
How to make pineapple cake:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add baking soda and flour. Add full can crushed pineapple and chopped nuts. Mix well. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 45 minutes in a 350° oven. Top with Cream Cheese Icing while it is still hot.Cream Cheese Icing:4 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 1/2 to 2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. cream Mix ingredients until smooth and creamy.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
