Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- or 3 eggs - 2 item
How to make pecan pie:
Line uncooked pie shell with pecans. Beat eggs and add sugars and salt. Add corn syrup and vanilla. Add melted margarine and pour over pecans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 350° oven. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
