- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- confectioners sugar
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple include juice - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla By hand, mix cake ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.Mix topping ingredients by hand. Apply after cake cools.
