  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • confectioners sugar
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple include juice - 1 oz

How to make pineapple cake:

Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla By hand, mix cake ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.

Mix topping ingredients by hand. Apply after cake cools.
