Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 lb
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- ReaLemon juice
- Bake 20 minutes at 375°
How to make lemon squares:
Mix and pat into cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375°.Filling:2 c. sugar4 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. baking powder juice of 2 to 3 lemons or 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice4 beaten eggs Pour over baked crust and bake 25 minutes longer. Cool, then sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
