How to make red velvet cake:
Icing:1 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick margarine1 c. chopped nuts Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 minutes in 2 round cake pans, greased and floured.
