  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • confectioners sugar
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple still in juice - 20 oz

How to make pineapple cake:

Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix first first 6 ingredients together. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 1 hour.

Frost while warm with filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate.
