Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- confectioners sugar
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple still in juice - 20 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix first first 6 ingredients together. Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 1 hour.Frost while warm with filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate.
