Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cheese - 1 c
- precooked, mashed potatoes - 5 c
How to make pierogies:
Mix first 4 ingredients and roll out flat. Cut dough into 2 x 2-inch squares. Fill with potato and cheese filling; fold in half. Press firmly around edges. Boil in water, then fry in butter and onion.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Main dish.
