Pico de gallo
Ingredients/Components
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 6 item
- yellow peppers, chopped - 2 item
- green chilies, chopped - 3 item
- cilantro, chopped - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 5 item
- chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
- salad or olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh tomatoes, chopped - 9 item
How to make pico de gallo:
Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes. Refrigerate 24 hours. Add tomatoes just before serving. Keeps fresh in refrigerator for two weeks, but won't last that long when served.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
