Ingredients/Components

  • jalapeno peppers, chopped - 6 item
  • yellow peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • green chilies, chopped - 3 item
  • cilantro, chopped - 1/2 c
  • green onions, chopped - 5 item
  • chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
  • salad or olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • fresh tomatoes, chopped - 9 item

How to make pico de gallo:

Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes. Refrigerate 24 hours. Add tomatoes just before serving. Keeps fresh in refrigerator for two weeks, but won't last that long when served.
