- cans whole tomatoes - 3 lb
- malt or red wine vinegar
- chopped onions
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
How to make homemade catsup:
Place contents of one can of tomatoes in blender container; cover and process on medium speed for 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth. Repeat with each can. In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes with all remaining ingredients except Sweet 'N Low. Simmer, uncovered, until sauce is reduced and thickened, 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in sweetener.
