- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- fresh green beans - 1 item
How to make pickled green beans:
To each gallon of fresh green beans add vinegar and sugar. Cover with water and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Pack in quart jars with 1 tablespoon salt per jar. Seal. Rinse beans thoroughly before cooking.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
