  • water - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • whole cloves - 20 item
  • white vinegar - 1 c
  • pickling spice - 1 item
  • dozen eggs - 1 item

How to make pickled eggs:

Hard boil eggs. Plunge into cold water. Remove shells. Place in sterilized jar. Heat vinegar and water; add seasoning. Pour over edges. Let eggs stand for at least 1 week. Refrigerate after opening.
