- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- whole cloves - 20 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- pickling spice - 1 item
- dozen eggs - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Hard boil eggs. Plunge into cold water. Remove shells. Place in sterilized jar. Heat vinegar and water; add seasoning. Pour over edges. Let eggs stand for at least 1 week. Refrigerate after opening.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
